TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT

 

Payment Terms: Invoices will be generated monthly and are due for payment within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payment penalties might apply.

Confidentiality: All information shared by the client will remain confidential and will only be used for the intended purpose. Non-disclosure agreements can be signed upon request. All Prunella employees work at secure Prunella offices or at our partner’s secure co-working locations.

Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with a 30-day written notice. In the event of termination, any due payments for services rendered until that point must be cleared.

Quality Assurance: We guarantee the quality of our services and will remedy any tasks not completed to the agreed-upon standard at no extra cost.

Communication: Regular updates will be provided, and a point of contact will be assigned for streamlined communication.
